Babes Basic Training

Is Babes Basic Training right for you?

Do you fear you might not keep up with others at camp?

This camp meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays at The Grove from 8:15am - 9:15am through September 10th. **We will be moving this class to Veterans Oasis Park September 20th and it will meet from 9:00am-10:00am.

Childcare is provided during this camp!

Babes Basic Training teaches the foundation of Boot Camp Babes.  This camp will prepare you for our additional Boot Camp classes that are very intense and high paced.  In Babes Basic Training, you will learn in detail proper form for specific exercises and spend time getting acquainted with the equipment we use at camp.  The workouts are geared toward a basic level with less impact on joints and the interval training is taken down a notch.  This is a great place to start if you are brand new to Boot Camp Babes.  Come attend a trial class for free, simply email us and we will put you on the schedule.
