Andrea, I wanted to mention how grateful I am to you for bringing the boot camp fitness class to Chandler. I am really enjoying it. I find that I can go to the class and I forget about all the stuff in my life and work on me. I find working out with a group of women is great. It makes me push myself harder. (I must admit I like it when new people join because I get to see where I was just a short while ago.) I have come so far—my strength has increased, my confidence is better and I noticed I am walking straighter now. Having other women there makes it great as the time flies by much faster too. The variety in your workouts makes this program awesome. I don’t have to worry about becoming bored because you change it up every time.
There is so much more I can say but to sum it all up—YOU are a blessing to me and all the women in the class. You are a shining example of someone who has turned her life around and I applaud you. It takes a lot to admit there is an issue and get started. (I know as I have considered what I could do to get some exercise for about a year now; but I did nothing about it). I so enjoyed hearing your story of losing weight as it gave me more courage in taking on the challenge myself. Keep going girl…there are so many more women who need you to encourage them to get moving and get stronger. ~ Stefanie B.

Mihajla is a swimmer, Mateja is into all things boys: soccer, basketball, baseball, plus they both participate in running club through their school and - gotta love her - Mihajla will be competing in the Hershey Track and Field meet in April. So when I found that I couldn't keep up with them any longer (and that my beautiful size 6 pants no longer were an option for me) I started contemplating an exercise program. One day I saw a friend at school that I hadn't seen in a while, and, when I looked at her, I realized that she looked like she was about 25 instead of 3-. When I asked her what she was doing to look this good (yes - you Lisa!) she told me about Boot Camp Babes.
After trying many gym memberships that expired faster than I was able to get the value out of them, I realized that this might be the way to go for me. So I enrolled.

"Andrea's workouts are no "walk in the park" - they are killer, and I LOVE it! After participating in a different bootcamp for several weeks, not losing an inch OR a pound, and not feeling any muscle soreness beyond the first week of camp, I was beginning to think that being fat was just how my body wants to be and that I just needed to accept it. However, after working out with Andrea in a trial class and feeling my body ache for the next two days, I knew that her exercises were working muscles that I didn't know I had! "I absolutely love Boot Camp Babes! I actually look forward to getting up and joining my workout buddies at 6 am every morning. At first I was afraid I would be the only person there who hadn't worked out in years, but I found out I was not alone; as a group we motivated one another to run a little further, do one more rep, and go the extra distance, all while having a great time. It really paid off in my increased endurance, strength and overall body health. I have tons more energy to keep up with my four children, and love that I'm toning up and trimming down my body while making new friends in such a fun, positive environment. Also, the variety of exercises kept the classes interesting, yet challenging.
